I worked with Michael and team to find a tenant for my condo in Brooklyn. I was nervous about finding a reliable tenant in NYC because I will be moving out of state. Searching for a home to purchase or rent can be a daunting endeavor in New York, but the agents at Lokel Realty took all the stress out of the experience so that we could focus on the task at hand. Michael accompanied us to view co-ops throughout the city and at every moment I felt accompanied by someone who was truly advocating for me. Michael’s deep knowledge of the legal landscape, his intuitive perspective on the ins and outs of co-op boards, and his practical advice about overall expenses and hidden repair costs is testimony of his many years of experience in NYC’s real estate scene. He was always one step ahead, asking sellers pertinent questions and communicating efficiently and effectively with other agents. Unlike larger agencies, Michael and Adam take plenty of time getting to know their clients and can therefore offer a customized experience. It is obvious in the way Lokel Realty conducts business that they care for their clients’ wellbeing and put their comfort and trust first.

Deciding whether to sell your home is a daunting and emotional experience. Deciding who should be the person tasked with you is likewise overwhelming. I called Michael to discuss the possibility of selling my co-op. Not only was he professional and knowledgable, Michael was thoughtful and caring. No question I asked was stupid.
