"From the day that I decided to sell my townhouse, Bonnie Pappas came in and delivered beyond any and all expectations. The way she listed the home almost made not want to move! Her team came in and took great pictures and wrote a very inviting description of my home. As soon as the home was listed, we had multiple offers and thanks to Bonnie, the home sold for over asking price! There are professionals in this world that only think of the profits they can make off of others. After dealing with Bonnie, it was crystal clear that her focus was solely on our satisfaction as sellers and new homeowners. Bonnie has the kindest heart and warmest personality. She has the experience and wherewithal to help new and seasoned people through the real estate process. I will recommend her and her team to anyone i know that is ready to buy or sell their home!"

I am not sure that I have ever written a review for any business where I just felt every interaction was perfect from start to finish. But I can certainly say now I have! Being new to not only the area and Pennsylvania, but home buying in general, I was randomly matched with this team through Zillow. Well, all I can say is thanks Zillow... it was a match made in heaven! Not only did Bonnie help us find our dream home and secure it during a global pandemic, she made it a completely stress-free process (we closed in 30 days during a pandemic! Buying a new home and selling a townhouse! Like wow!)! Being a first time home buyer, I didn't know what to expect from a realtor as I have heard mixed reviews of the level of service you can receive, but I was blown out of the water! I am pretty sure after the first interaction, I just felt... wow, we can be good friends! Bonnie is kind, knowledgeable, prompt, and reliable. She knew when to be friendly and have fun and when to get to business and move things along. She would take calls first thing in the morning or even later the same day address emails at midnight. She accommodated all our timing needs for showings, financial discussions, closings, etc. to ensure we didnt miss any timelines. She also had a list if great referrals for mortgages, inspections, etc which I used and all were fantastic to work with. She had an experienced answer for every question I had. Reading my own review, I know it doesn't sound Like this could have been written by a truly neutral new party... but I promise it was! You can't go wrong with Bonnie and team (I have heard Mike is awesome too!) If you are looking to buy or sell a new home.. you can't go wrong with this team! Good luck in your search!

Best home buying and selling experience ever!!!! I can not say enough about Mike Stopyra. He was always professional, caring, understanding, and catered to my needs every step of the way. His knowledge about the whole selling and buying experience is unmatched. I highly recommend Mike and his team! A++!
