Mike is professional, honest, reliable and patient. He is very skilled at advertising and marketing. Our house had a contract in 6 days. He answered all our questions and provided resources for updating and repairing our house. He even loaned us furniture to stage it! Mike was skilled at negotiating with the buyers and protected our interests throughout the process. He even completed paperwork that was the buyer's realtor's responsibility in order to keep the sale on track. We highly recommend mike Swinney. He is the best!

Mike has always been very attentive and helpful. Four years ago he handled the sale of our house in Alexandria and the purchase of another house and financing, also which was in Alexandria. We were very pleased with the service and as such referred our daughter and her husband since they were relocating to Prince William County. Mike is a very great guy who knows the area where we are interested to buy our home very well. He knew what we were looking and what is important to us and remembered them whenever we visited a house. He always on time and he told us pros and cons of every house we visited without any pressure. He never complain about the time we take to see one house and he is very patient as sometimes my wife and I couldn’t go inside together and see a house because my little girl usually sleep in the car. He is very kid friendly, and my two girls liked him very much. This is our second time purchasing a house and we are very happy by our decision to go with Mike instead of my other realtor. Mike kept the experience positive when at times we felt overwhelmed and stressed out. I would absolutely use Mike again and would not hesitate to recommend him to our friends and families.
