About Michael

Having been involved with many aspects of the Real Estate industry for over 20 years, gives me a well-rounded balance. I started flipping homes and in private money lending. Then moved into conventional lending, where I developed marketing strategies that were so effective, I just started to focus on marketing financial products for other lenders. I now find myself back to where I started in residential real estate and am focusing on working with buyers and sellers. Having a diverse background, allows me to relate to a broad spectrum of clients. I enjoy most, the ability to help guide people through one of the biggest financial transactions they will be part of - be it a first-time home buyer or a seasoned investor.

Michael was our agent for our last home purchase and he was amazing! He made the process of buying a home smooth and stress free. He is responsive and communicates clearly, quickly and effectively. He was always available if we had a question or needed a referral for a service. He’s continued to check in and is always there to answer our random questions. We will definitely use him again in the future!

We highly recommend Michael Traa: We met him at an Open House he was hosting a year before we found the Condo we purchased. He listened to our needs and over that year while we prepared our home for sale, 600 miles away, he kept us informed of what was happening on the market in the specific area we were interested in and when we thought homes out of his area might work he willingly went out of his way to inspect them for us. As we were ready to buy he gave us all the information on the properties available, best offer to make, kept us informed during the process then once our offer was accepted he arranged the Inspection.
Everything bought to our attention was fixed including getting us a credit for a much needed repair as well as he himself installing fire and carbon monoxide alarms. He was totally available to help with referrals, recommending local merchants, security, HOA information etc. all the things we were unfamiliar with in this new area.
He was a total professional from start to finish, absolute pleasure to work with, knowledgeable about the market and made sure we were a priority.
