Michael White

After gaining a master’s in real estate Investment & Finance in the UK, Michael always knew he wanted to pursue a career in the real estate industry in some capacity, but he could have never dreamed that entailed selling properties in one of the most desirable cities on the planet. Fortunately for him, after meeting his now wife on vacation in Vietnam and finding out she lived in beautiful Hermosa Beach, it did not take too much persuasion for him to hop over the pond for good!

Shortly after moving stateside in 2014, Michael obtained his real estate license and has since gained experience in all aspects of the industry, assisting flippers on their projects across LA, helping first time buyers find their dream homes, working with developers on acquiring and selling ground up new construction homes and most recently operating as a real estate broker in his own right.

Honesty, transparency, top notch service and excellent communication are what you will get when working with Michael. Being able to view properties through a quantitative, analytical, and creative lens provides Michael with a unique set of skills and ensures his clients are optimally represented.

Michael takes great pride in developing long standing relationships with his clients, with many becoming great friends. As such, the majority of his business is derived from repeat clientele or referrals from those who had previously worked with him.

In his downtime, Michael takes great enjoyment in coaching boxing for fitness, and he loves to spend time exploring all that California has to offer with his young family.
