Michael Williams

Michael A. Williams is a licensed Real Estate Broker and owner of Global Realty Group licensed as a corporation by the BRE under TeamOne Global Inc., Michael holds a Property Management Certified designation from the California Association of Realtors, as well as a Certification as a Occupancy Specialist for housing subsidies

Michael is the President TeamOne Transaction Coordinating Services, with his wife Jackie Williams who holds a Certification as a Transaction Coordinator.

Michael attended Los Angeles Southwest College and the Southern California Regional Occupational Center, as well as the Carpenters Educational & Training Institute, where pre-apprenticeship training in basic construction was completed.

Michael is a current member of the Rancho Southeast Board of Realtors and California Association of Community Managers. Michael formerly served as the staff consultant for the Inglewood Rental Property Association and the Minority Apartment Owner’s Association on matters related to investment property.

Michael was project operations manager at International Realty & Investments for over 12 years where he took home the top award for best re-positioned property for his work in stabilizing the Plaza Vermont Apartments in South LA.
