Michael began his Real Estate career in 1995 after graduating from Texas State University with a Bachelor's in Business Administration (Marketing). Over the next 18 years Michael became an expert in the residential lending field working in LA, MS, AL, FL, TX & CA.

Michael is a successful real estate professional with a proven consistent record of accomplishment consisting of 27 years of real estate sales experience with an emphasis on sales processes and procedures. He has an expert knowledge of Residential Contracts, Federal/State/Local Disclosures, Property Appraisals, Title Reports, Escrow Documents, Natural Hazard Disclosures, Pest Inspections, Home Warranty Coverages, & Home Insurance. Michael's emphasis is focusing on traditional sales for Buyer/Seller Agency Representation, Auction Sales, & Renovation Sales.

Michael's experience has afforded him a keen understanding of even the most complex Residential Real Estate transactions. His work in the building industry gives Michael the necessary edge when it comes to sound property evaluation ranging from Architectural Design to Interior Design and Structural Engineering. Michael's lending background is especially advantageous for Buyers because Michael does not miss anything when it comes to Buyer Agency Representation. Michael's Buyers are provided with his undivided attention 7 days a week 365 days a year.
