I have known Mike since 2014.
I was out for a drive on a Sunday and happened upon an open house. I wasn't really looking to move but thought I would pop in and see this house.

Mike was very laid back, he showed me around and never pressured me. He gave me his card and wished me luck.

A few month later we started looking in earnest. He was very patient and showed me many homes. When we found "the one" he had all the resources necessary to make the closing quick and safe.

His knowledge and obvious love of his job with that journey took me back to Mike the following year to find a place for my daughter and her husband.
Mike is one of the kindest people I have every met.

By the way Mike my grandson is going to be 2 soon and I may need to buy a house closer to the kids! I will be in touch.

Mike Winter is an amazing realtor. He helped us make a bid on our home before it the market. Then, when we had to close in 23 days, Mike worked with our mortgage banker to make it happen. Immediately after we closed, we had to leave the country for 6 weeks and Mike helped coordinate some work we wanted done. Truely a full service realtor. You won't find a better realtor.

As a young millennial in 2013, Mike helped my husband & I purchase our starter home (a townhouse in a great neighborhood, fantastic schools to start our little family off on firm ground). Fast forward to the crazy summer of 2020, Mike helped us sell said starter home. It was a quick, EASY, smooth transaction. We made a great profit. Mike is an extremely professional man and well versed on the ins & outs of real estate. We ended up building a custom home where we plan on staying for the next few decades. But should we decide to start purchasing investment properties (assuming we somehow end up with a pile of cash in our laps) we will be hiring Mike Winter in a heartbeat. Thank you Mike!

Working with Mike Winters was simple, comforting, straightforward, and amazingly productive. We sold our San Diego house with Mike while living in the State of Washington. After only two day of showings, we had 20 offers, and sold for all cash and 13% over our asking price. This was amazing in the market realities of 2023. He met with our renters, worked out the kinks, recommended the fixes, and even did some of them himself! I simply can't say enough about working with Mike. You are going to love working with him!
