This is our 3rd time purchasing a home and still being relatively new to Columbus, we were unsure who to ask to assist in the selling and buying process. Our friends had recommended Michele and Dan to us to assist us with our real estate needs. Michele and Dan are very friendly, thoughtful, knowledgable and thorough! Always willing to answer any questions you have and always met with smiling faces. We had a blast working with them to find a place we always wanted to call home and they made it happen. They are very experienced in the Columbus market and know the different areas very well. We appreciated their insight when it came to recommendations and they know who to call when a second opinion is needed. They were an absolute pleasure to work with and we highly recommend them! Michele and Dan Cleary are top notch realtors in the greater-Columbus area. First and foremost, they are lovely, kind, and passionate individuals. You can tell from the minute that you meet Michele and Dan that they love what they do, and they are very proficient in their craft; they compliment each other so nicely. Each time my wife, or myself, discovered a prospective home, Dan and/or Michele facilitated a walk-through immediately. They are both very knowledgable about what to look for, what to avoid, and what would be a valuable investment. In addition, Michele has unmatched taste and vision. We were selling and buying simultaneously, and we got amazing advice regarding what to do with our previous property in order to optimize our sale. They went above and beyond to help us buy and sell and, perhaps most profoundly, they made us feel like we were their only clients. We’ve worked with Michele on 3 real estate transactions. She helped us purchase our first home and was so helpful to us as first time home buyers. From the very first phone call I made to the very end, she was there to respond to any questions, concerns, or just plan reassuring when I was worrying about the anxiety ridden process of buying and selling a home. This was our first house to ever buy and during the most crazy times with COVID, low inventory and high demand market and she made the process easier! Michele worked with us from start to finish, visiting our house as soon as we began thinking about putting it on the market. She gave thoughtful recommendations about how to focus our time and money in making repairs and upgrades that would make it attractive to future buyers without over upgrading. Throughout the selling process she was a calm voice of reassurance, and provided excellent communication that always prioritized my family first. It's stressful to go through the showing process with young children, and Michele helped us set boundaries around our time that allowed our family to have a reasonable schedule and put the kids first without sacrificing opportunities for potential buyers to see the house. We always felt she was looking out for our best interests- not just in getting the house sold for a good price, but about making the experience positive and reducing our stress levels as well.

We also appreciated her frankness and experience as she helped us look for our new home. After years of helping clients, she has a keen eye for details and was quick to spot crucial problems or overpriced homes. We felt confident in her assessments of the places she showed us and never felt pressured into looking at or bidding on homes we weren't comfortable with, even thought that ultimately meant we purchased a home well below our max budget.

During the selling process we hit several unforseen road bumps that we absolutely could not have navigated without Michele. She handled all the communication with our buyers and the involved parties to keep things moving and kept us in the loop without bombarding us with stressful updates. Without her firm but calm management, I'm not sure the sale would have been possible- she managed multiple parties with grace and made sure we got exactly what we needed.

One of the many things that makes Michele stand out is her personal attention, even after the sale. We experienced several problems upon moving into our new home and Michele was able to arrange for them to all be resolved at no cost to us. She gave us a heartfelt housewarming present and checked in to make sure everything was well. It's obvious she cares for our family's happiness, not just about her commission.

This was our second experience working with Michele and it won't be our last. If we ever need to buy or sell a property in the future, she'll be the one we trust with our family's homes.

We were referred to Michele by our pastor, and we couldn't be more thankful! Michele's experience in this very competitive market was such an asset during our home search. We know for sure that we would not be in the beautiful home that we are if it were not for her wisdom, guidance, and patience. We learned quickly that many agents can be pushy and take advantage of first time buyers. Michele, however, is the opposite of that! She is authentic, genuine, and truly wants to put her clients in the best fit for them. I cannot say enough kind words about Michele!
