Working with Michele Duckett was an incredible experience from start to finish. She was always extremely responsive—every time I sent her a home I was interested in, she got back to me within hours with all the details and insights I needed.

What truly impressed me was how she went above and beyond to uncover anything that could be a potential risk for us as buyers. She made sure we were fully informed and never left us guessing. Her knowledge and honesty gave us so much confidence throughout the process.

When an issue came up during the sewer scope, Michele negotiated like a pro to make sure the seller covered the repairs—saving us a lot of stress and money. She always had a solution or recommendation that came from years of experience, and even if it meant more work for her, she always prioritized what was best for us.

She’s truly exceptional, and we’ll be using her for every property we buy or sell in the future. Highly recommend!

Michele did a fantastic job finding us our home! We are first time homebuyers and Michele walked us through every step. We searched for over a year and Michele took us on SO many showings until we found the perfect one. We are in a tough market and at a competitive price point. We submitted many offers that were beat out by terms we just couldn’t meet (like all cash and waiving inspections). Michele did so much work for us she earned her commission over and over again. She never pressured us or made us feel like we took up too much of her time (which honestly—we did)! She went above and beyond with negotiations and making sure that we were protected through this process. She looked out for our best interests and she truly cares for her clients. I highly recommend her!

She was able to answer all of my questions and if she didn't know the answer, she would know who to reach out for additional references. Also her abilities in knowing what lenders are looking for was helpful since my lender was not straight forward in what they wanted from me. Michele was incredibly helpful while trying to buy a house remotely with a VA loan. The market is very volatile still with lots of cash offers well over asking, dangerous areas, and with the constraints of cost and va loan requirements made it far more difficult. Michele made everything run smoothly, even when I had to back out of an offer due to the area being more dangerous than initially believed. Once locked in on a house, she ensured the inspection went smoothly, all requested fixes were accepted and those repairs were completed before move in. I am very happy with my experience with Michele and would recommend her to anyone out of state and within.

I met Michele through my realtor in Oklahoma. I was moving across country for a new job and needed someone with expertise in the Vancouver/Camas area. Michele was amazing!!! Over a period of months looking on the web and through phone conversations, we finally met in Vancouver August 2018. She was always very prompt in answering my questions and meeting my needs, filtering out the areas i was interested in that had good schools for my daughter. We had both done our homework, but what blew me away the the depth of knowledge she has, not only of the area but the people "in the know". She was an incredible advocate for me enabling me to rent at the property I now own and just closed on, allowing me to move and get to work ASAP. She also helped me find my insurance agent and a wonderful kind inspector. I will recommend her to everyone i meet and will use her again should I need to sell the property.
