I am writing this letter to share with you my recent experience working with one of your real estate agents,Michele KielyRichards of Fox and Roach Realtors Berkshire Hathaway office in Rumson N.J. I worked with Michele to sell a home that I inherited and was very special to me.
my mother passed away at the age of 96 in September of 2015.She lived in my childhood home for over 75 years.In fact, my father was born and raised 3 houses down and met my mother at the back fence of adjoining backyards growing up.got married and bought my childhood home 520 ocean park ave.
When mom passed away,she left the house to me.She knew how much I loved it with all the memories in it.It has taken me 6 years to grieve and accept the fact that I could no longer keep this house .In fact,over the past 6 years I have interviewed many realtors and Michele is one person who stood out the most.It was not only her patience,but her understanding and support that the process would be very emotional for me.Michele treated me like family and not a client.Year after year,she sent me personalized cards,so when it came time to list the house ,Michele was the person I reached out to.With all the stresses of selling a home,Michele always took the time to ease my mind and was more than supportive.When I had a moment of regret,Michele was firm with me to re-assure me that I was still in control.She staged the house so beautifully and made me more proud of the house for the showing.Michele was never more than a phone call away and I know that she went over and above and beyond to deal with many unexpected issues with the buyers which she handled on her own.She did her best to make the entire process less emotional for me and for that,I am truly grateful.
Michele Kiely Richards is a woman of great integrity,professionalism,and compassion.She is a woman I would highly recommend to my fiends,family and neighbors for their real estate needs.I am grateful for her and hope that you share in the sentiments.

She also came to our rescue when trying to sell our home which was a contingency for our purchase. She wore many hats, from realtor, to therapist, to detective. We couldn't ask for a better agent.

Michele is an amazing realtor and person! Her experience is beyond anything I expected. I didn’t know much about Monmouth County but she helped me from the right town and home. Beyond right, it’s perfect! She had a vision of what this house could be long before I could see it. I moved into my new home in Keyport, NJ (town I never heard of before she told me) almost a month ago and I’m so happy! If you are considering Monmouth county, call Michele! She’s the best!

Moving cross country and trying to find a house in this market can be extremely stressful. Thanks to Michele's help, it wasn't! she drove all over Monmouth county for us, recording videos of neighborhoods and streets to give us a feel as to what town we wanted to live in. Once we focused in on the area we most wanted (happened to be the one with the least houses available of course), she went to work and turned every stone trying to find us a great home. an off-market listing turned out to be the winner and it was one of the most stress-free experiences of my life! Michele went above and beyond of any Realtor. Without her we would have never found and purchased our new home. Once she knew what kind of home we were looking for, she used her vast knowledge and all her Reasources and was able to find exactly what we were looking for. Michele was very patient and helped us every step of the way. She put us at ease, gave us excellent advice, and made everything happen. Through the whole experience we all became good friends. This review is long over due. We closed 3 months ago. When we first started looking at homes we started with another broker. It was not the best experience at all.
