You won't find a better real estate agent. She is the BEST. I am active duty military and purchased a home using the VA Loan. VA Loans can take as long as 45 days to close in escrow, but Michele's foresight and initiative facilitated the closure on the house in only 22 days. Throughout the entire home buying process Michele was extremely responsive to my texts and emails, consistently replying within 5 minutes regardless of the time of day, sometimes even at 3 in the morning. I had to fly in from out of town to tour the homes we picked out and was very constrained by time while in southern California. To help with my situation, Michele voluntarily toured 20 houses on her own, prior to my arrival in order to identify the houses that best fit my needs and weed out those that didn't. When we toured the houses together she offered valuable advice and informed me what factors I should consider when submitting an offer. She showed aggressive negotiation skills during the closing process and the deal she negotiated exceeded my expectations. I cannot say enough good about her.
