Michele was the best real estate agent we could wish for! Very honest, trustworthy, helpful, knowledgeable, and a great person!

I got my first home!

Thankfully, I didn’t have to do it by myself. Michele Mazzu walked me through the whole process. She really found something perfect for me.

A huge thing for me was having hardwood floors (no carpet), a yard for future dogs/fire pit hang outs with my friends, and a open kitchen that wasn’t like the galley garbage that most nashvillians have had to endure while rent...

Michel has amazing connections through Nashville. Got me in contact with a really great mortgage loan advisor. Who got me an unheard of loan, to get me the best deal possible.

2 years ago, I wasn’t even able to get a car loan. I had a credit score of 440. I have been able to raise it to 635. YOU DONT HAVE TO HAVE AN INSANELY HIGH CREDIT SCORE TO BUY A HOUSE.

Especially if you have someone like Michele Mazzu.

I haven’t bought or sold with Michele yet but plan to in the future. I have had several real-estate questions that she has answered quickly and explored in detail; even when there was nothing to be gained by her other than helping someone. She has also worked diligently to find me reliable vendors to work in my home. I had an AC Unit replaced and she arranged all the work and I have never worked with a more prompt, professional company before. My long terms plans are to buy a larger home with a yard while renting out my current condo. I know without a doubt Mazzu will be working for me!

Michele was everything I could have wanted in a real estate agent and more. She did a great job maximizing the value of the home and working with me through the entire process.
