Over the years we have bought and sold more than ten properties and we have to say that Michele has definitely been the best agent we have ever done business with.  She was not only skillful in the business of real estate transactions, she was always cheerful in responding to our unending questions regarding the concerns of our purchase.  This lady is organized, knows how to get the job done, and she will even add a sparkle to your day spent working with her because she is a pleasure to work with.  Coldwell Banker is a very good Agency and you cant  go wrong working with Michele as your agent.  She is one Super Woman of a Real Estate agent!

When my husband and I decided to sell our home and buy new construction in the Sacramento area, our first obstacle was to find an amazing RE Agent. We knew we wanted to work with Coldwell Banker but had no idea which agent we should reach out too. After looking through different RE Agent profiles on the Coldwell Banker website, I came across a profile for Michele Mihalko. Her “about me” section had been completely filled out and gave me a good feeling that she might be a match for us.
After sending Michele an email introducing ourselves, Michele responded within a few hours. She showed enthusiasm about taking us on as a client and immediately set a time to come and meet us at our home.
We were a bit nervous about trying to sell our home. We felt it might not be in the best condition to find a good buyer and proposed selling it to an investor. After seeing our home, Michele made us feel confident that we would be able to sell to a qualified buyer. She gave us some great ideas on how to spruce up the house with some easy sweat equity tips and gave us some instruction on how to make the home look sharp for a prospective buyer.
In the beginning, we planned on selling the house first and then buying a new home at a later date. However, as luck would have it we found our “dream home” very quickly and needed to sell our old home within 30 days. Having never done something like this before we were unsure if it would be possible. Michele supported our decision from the beginning and did everything she could to get our home sold in that 30-day time-period. In fact, we were able to sell our home in 2 days, and this would not have been possible without Michele’s hard work ethic and “can do anything” attitude.
My husband and I were so impressed with Michele that we referred my parents to her for their new home buying needs. My parents have bought and sold many homes and have hired many RE Agents over the years. They have said that Michele is the BEST RE Agent they have ever worked with and are beyond thrilled with the services that Michele provided.
Michele takes a very personal approach to home buying and selling. She even brought in her own furniture and decorative pieces for the staging of our home for sale. She called and emailed us daily to check on us and even brought us a housewarming gift after we had moved in to our new home. She takes pride in what she does and seems to be very in tune with her clients and their needs. She goes above and beyond with customer service and take care of her clients.
We would not hesitate to recommend Michele to anyone that is in need of a RE Agent. We believe she is the best in the business. Our hope is for others to see our review and contact her for their home buying and selling needs.

Michele is a great real estate agent. She just helped my wife and I sell our home, and buy our second home.
My mother in-law has bought and sold about 20 or more homes in her lifetime, and has dealt with many real estate agents in the past. She said Michele is the best real estate agent that she has ever worked with. Michele just recently helped my mother in-law buy a home also.
I will recommend her to anyone that is looking to buy and/ or sell a home in the future.

After five years of trying to purchase our own home, we are finally homeowners!

We met Michele Mihalko through a mutual friend, she kept in touch right away, as we had discussed the plan to reapply for a Mortgage Loan at the beginning of the year. The most exciting part of this process was our timeline!

On February 18th, we submitted all documents through Guaranteed Rate Affinity, Frank Monaco, online portal in the middle of the night, which was extremely easy and convenient, since I have 3 boys all of age 6 and under.

That very next morning, Frank Monaco’s assistant, contacted me and verified some information with me. The day after, Frank himself contacted me to discuss our pre-qualified Loan.

On February 22nd, (that weekend), we were already home shopping, doing walkthroughs in search of our forever home. My husband and I were very picky in terms of what area we wanted our home, and it had to have a fireplace. There were times during this process, were we wanted to settle for less, because we had already waiting for so long. But Michele kept us on track, she was extremely honest and patient, and pointed out all the pros and cons of each house we looked at.

On March 10th, I received a call from Michele, about a beautiful house going up in the market soon, and she had arranged for us to see it before it even had the sign up. On March 12th, we did the walk through, and we knew it was ‘the one’.

We submitted the offer that weekend, and on Sunday evening, we got the call I had never expected to receive so soon. Our offer had been accepted!

From that day on, we worked close with Frank Monaco and his team, which was an extraordinary experience. I only met with Frank one time, most of the process was done via email, phone, and of course, the main portal on his website, which again, it was extremely convenient for us. We learned a lot during this process, and we are forever thankful to Frank and his team for their patience, and consistency. We highly recommend them!

On April 15th, we finally got the keys to our forever home! We never thought the whole process would take less than two months. We are extremely happy, and thankful with both Michele at Coldwell Banker, and Frank at Guaranteed Rate Affinity. They are the perfect team!

Michele Mihalko with Caldwell Banker Realty made selling our home effortless. We were putting our house on the market during Covid-19 when realtors were just getting back to work. Michele put together a virtual tour that made me want to buy my house. She is professional, trustworthy, and dependable. Michele was prepared with current comps in my area and presented ideas on how to enhance the curb appeal of childhood home.

She was very resourceful and did an incredible job by using what we had already in our home for the presentation. With her keen eye, she repositioned existing furniture to help show case each room. From beginning to end Michele was phenomenal! Any time we were confused with the home buying process she was there to untangle the confusion and spoke on our behalf whenever we needed it. There were multiple moments when we felt we weren't getting enough information from our builder and anytime that happened Michele would step in and clarify everything we needed.
