Immediately after college I was a Federal Employee. During that time I successfully accomplished an employee driven program within the Federal Government promoting quality improvement ideas and values from individual Federal Employees.
I organized all event planning for Public Service Recognition Week for the Department of Commerce on the National Mall.

I gained strong communication skills as a professional facilitator for the Federal Advisory Committee. I sat on a task force to presort mail amongst all the Federal offices in the Atlanta Georgia area to save the taxpayers millions of dollars.

After my Federal Career I worked for a conference and meeting planning company organizing business events in venues throughout the United States. This continued to sharpen my detail skills to ensure customer satisfaction.

I held two hats for many years building a successful international equine sales and training operation which I successfully owned and operated for 14 years along with real estate investments.

I am actively involved in my community and ran for local public office in 2009 which enhanced my ability to communicate and sharpen my customer focus skills.
