We originally hired Michelle because she had recently sold another home in our neighborhood. She quickly developed a list of potential buyers and had a full-price offer. That offer fell through due to issues with the buyer. She had a replacement offer within another two weeks, and we closed on favorable terms.

Throughout, Michelle paid very close attention to the deal and handled all issues as they arose quickly and effectively. Her constant involvement was important, as we were out of the area during most of the sales process. We highly recommend Michelle.
