Michele was wonderful to work with during the home buying process in the Lehigh Valley. We were moving from Pittsburgh and both with busy schedules working full time with a baby on the way. When we were available to visit the area, Michele made us her priority and made looking at several houses in a day a breeze due to her organization and planning. She picked up on our needs for the new home and worked well within our budget to find places she thought would be suitable. She frequently shared houses that had hit the market during the process. She was also always available via text, email, or phone call. She also scheduled several phone calls during the process to make sure the houses she was recommending fit with our expectations. After meeting with her and seeing houses in person, she did several Facetime tours with us and we completely trusted her guidance on the neighborhood and things we could not see via Facetime (ie if the house smelled like a pet, how the floors were finished, etc). She negotiated well with the sellers. Overall would highly recommend Michele to anyone looking for a house in the Lehigh Valley - she is wonderful to work with and did not show us places beyond our budget/outside the area we were looking, has a strong background and knowledge about the area and the different neighborhoods, and is an excellent negotiator.

Michelle Roy was Amazing ⭐️ She not only went above and beyond to find something that was in our price range, but What we were looking for !! She hit the nail dead on. She was very attentive, She was assertive and got us in to look and see houses that were not a waste of our time, but when we found the one that was meant for us. They kept on top of everything to ensure all paperwork was taken care of so closing was quick and seamless. 7 years ago she was my realator and when unexpected circumstances called for the sale of my home, she was the first person I called. Michelle had a challenge laid in front of her to get our family a house to fit our needs on a deadline! Michelle was fast and responsive and we often went the same day or right away to see a house. What fun we had during the find a house process then came the business end.....This woman is amazing to work with!!!! Michelle answered our questions put up with frustrations,tears, and a family crisis! Through all that she was a calming voice of reason when I needed her! What an absolute roller coaster buying a house was but she gave me peace in that stress! I will recommend Michelle to everyone and anyone looking for an agent. Michele was such a delight to work with. My girlfriend and I are first time buyers so naturally there was a lot of stress not knowing where to start. We’ve heard and read that home buying is such a stressful process.

Michele is a trustworthy agent. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and hardworking. We moved from another state to Easton, PA. She told us what to look out for when buying a house in Pennsylvania. She listened carefully to our needs. When we asked questions, no matter how late at night, she always responded quickly to us. She answered our questions very patiently and gave a detailed explanation. When she took us to see the house, she would tell us which aspects of the house are good and which aspects are not good for us to pay attention to. We are so lucky to have Michelle as our agent.

We were VERY new to the home buying process and I remember our very first call with her was on a Sunday night and she took the time to chat with us for almost an hour.
