Michelle Aizenstat

Michelle comes to Corcoran with 20 years experience in Ulster County real estate, having started out her career in High Falls back in the day at one of the great, small and quirky original boutique agencies- an experience she remembers fondly! - before moving on to hone her skills at Coldwell Banker, Lawrence O'Toole Realty, and now, expanding the reach of her buyers and sellers, at Corcoran Country Living.

She's a seasoned negotiator, skilled advisor and trustworthy ally to her clients, always aware of market conditions but also always carefully listening, in the larger sense to who her clients are and what's important to them. She brings to all her clients a sincere interest in helping them achieve their best outcome. Her sense of aesthetics and love of unique and interesting properties has endeared her to a largely creative clientele, many of whom have gone on to become friends.

Her first house, at the age of five, was a hollowed-out Privet bush where she enjoyed serving imaginary tea to her guests.
