While there are many real estate agents in the Sacramento area, few provide the enthusiasm and dedication to their clients that Michelle Benner does.
To launch her career, she began as an Executive Assistant to The Murphy Team, where she spent two years working under the guidance of award-winning agents. This helped develop her knowledge of real estate contracts and disclosures, fine-tuned her marketing plan and professional network, enhanced her problem-solving and negotiation skills, and ultimately fast-tracked her success in the real estate industry. And now, she is honored to be a contributing member of the team, where her passion drives her client-centered and experience-focused business!
Born and raised in Placer County, Michelle has resided in the greater Sacramento area her entire life. It is safe to say that she was born into the real estate industry, as her father owned and operated his own mortgage consulting business for 26 years, and her mother works as an office administrator in a local real estate office. Additionally, her grandfather owned CENTURY 21 Jack Lewis and Associates, and she works alongside her uncle, two cousins and aunt, who are real estate agents, loan officer and escrow officer, respectively.
Michelle graduated from Del Oro High School in Loomis, continued on to Chico State and eventually graduated magna cum laude from CSU Sacramento, with a bachelor’s degree in Child Development. She currently lives in Sacramento with her husband Drew and their two dogs Moose and Stella.
When she is not focused on real estate, her passions include fashion, baseball, crafting and being a connoisseur of food and wine. Before her career began as a Realtor, she spent 5 years in the high end fashion industry. She and her husband are avid baseball fans and often make trips to San Francisco to see their beloved Giants. Michelle loves to be creative and do DIY projects around the house. Lastly, and maybe most importantly, she enjoys the Northern California food scene, taking trips to local wineries, breweries and rarely eating at the same restaurant twice.
