Michelle was a truly amazing partner as we worked together to find the perfect place to relocate my mother. She was diligent in helping us to maneuver this still very competitive housing market. She gave us excellent counsel and always kept our desires at the forefront. In a market like this it is easy to become discouraged given the limited inventory, aggressive cash offers and waiving of the traditional measures used when evaluating a home for purchase. Michelle gave us wise advice that helped us to put forth an offer that while competitive, was still in our best interest. Additionally, she leveraged her sound understanding of the marketplace to help negotiate the purchase price of a home that we thought was out of reach successfully on our behalf! Net, she is an amazing agent and a totally engaging person to boot. She made a process that is not much fun right now quite enjoyable! We highly recommend her!

Selling a home can vary from being good or bad, but I think the consensus would be how stressful that process is! But with Michelle Cosner as our realtor, it was truly a walk in the park experience. Michelle represented us in a buy/sell transaction and went above and beyond repeatedly to ensure we got what we wanted. Our transaction was likely the most complicated and drawn out transaction in the history of real estate (truth) - Michelle handled it like a pro the whole way through. She sold our home for more money than we thought it was worth and found us the perfect home at the perfect price. I can’t say enough good things about Michelle and the great job she did getting us our dream house. I don’t even know where to start! Michelle absolutely made one of my biggest dreams come true! As a single mom, I have worked and saved for many years to become a home owner. Michelle was recommended by a close friend. I reached out to Michelle and right from the start, it felt like I was working with family. Michelle was introduced to us by our common friend and as a first time homebuyers, she made sure we start off knowing what to expect and explained to us in detail about the entire buying process. She was very much interested in understanding our requirements and setting up the listings to be viewed according to our expectations.
While going to see any house, she had all the details, comparisons and analysis done on that property with its neighborhood beforehand which made it easy for us to decide whether to place an offer or not.
Her negotiation skills were spot on once an offer was made and ensured we, as buyers, weren't pressured into any demands.
Michelle provided us with cleaning service through her contacts and the house was very clean when we moved in. She had also bought and arranged for some basic necessary supplies on the day we moved in which was a huge Surprise for us.
We are glad we got to work with such a professional agent. Thank you Michelle for making our first home buying a truly hassle free experience!
