My husband and I have had the pleasure of working with Michelle for approximately one year. In that short time she has been a tremendous resource and helped us with the purchase of 3 homes including two investment properties and our primary residence. Her willingness to put in the extra mile when needed, knowledge of the market and friendly approach to relationship sales have been a breath of fresh air. She has earned a place not only as a permanent member of our real estate investing 'team' but in our hearts as a lifelong friend. As the early search activity began, she made herself readily available to take us through many properties and always had an infectious smile with a great outlook, no matter what challenges we faced :) Look no further for a true professional to make buying real estate fun and productive. if you could request a perfect Realtor Michelle would be as close as they get. She's very patient with her clients working through the process to locate the perfect home in the ideal location. However, when it comes to the close, Michelle will be an aggressive agent in the best interest of her client. I am a repeat client, closing on two homes with Michelle and with her assistance, renting the first house that we closed together. I'd recommend Michelle to anyone in search of a new home.

Michelle Davis was referred to us by a friend who had worked with her to purchase a home. Michelle was as fabulous as he said she would be. She worked very hard to find us the perfect home within a short period of time and then helped us sale our previous home very quickly. My husband and I chose to work with Michelle to purchase a 2nd home a few years back. This was new territory for us, and we were not sure how the process would come together. Michelle was exceptional! Nothing phased her and she was able to tackle any and all bumps in the road on the way to our home purchase. She is highly organized and motivated, she has outstanding communication skills and is a great negotiator.
