Michelle Delin

Michelle joined NewStone Realty back in 2009 after moving to the Triangle in 2005. Over the years, she’s lived in New York (where she was raised), Austin, Boston, Madrid, and London. After getting her BA in Sociology at Brandeis and her MA in TESOL at CW Post/LIU, she spent over 12 years as an English teacher in the Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools (CHCCS) and has been a parent in both CHCCS and Durham Public Schools.

Michelle has also been trained as an Integrative Health Coach through Duke Integrative Medicine. The communication skills she’s honed through years in education, and as a coach, benefit her clients. Michelle is an active listener, strong negotiator, patient, and extremely detail oriented. When working with Michelle, her clients know that she genuinely has their back and goes the extra mile in their partnership.

After spending almost 15 years in Chapel Hill, Michelle moved to Durham last year with her family and her beloved dog (Sammy) and cat (Tikka).

She tells us what makes her feel most at home here are our core values: integrity and honesty. In turn, our favorite thing about working with Michelle is her sense of humor! Singing, dancing, cooking, watching the many birds that visit her birdfeeders, her mindfulness practice, and connecting with friends are some of her favorite things.
