My husband and I recently sold our house in Fayette County, Georgia. We had lived in our home for thirty years, and have many fond memories of our time there. The agent we chose was Michelle Delisser with Berkshire Hathaway. I cannot say enough good things about Michelle as a real estate agent. She knows and understands the market and helped us find the perfect asking price for our home. She did this by analyzing the market and comparing the attributes of our home with similar homes not only in our area, but our county. She made sure that we completed the needed paperwork and was always available to answer all of our questions. She did a great job with helping us stage our house, so that it looked at its best when it went on the market. Her advice was right on from beginning to end. I am so glad that we chose Michelle from the realtors we interviewed, since she appreciated the unique character of our house and knew how to market it for maximum effect. I highly recommend her to anyone selling a home.
