Michelle Duyck

Michaelle has lived in Charlotte for over 30 years and has been a licensed Realtor since 1998. She works with buyers, sellers, investors and the luxury market, as well as seniors with her SRES designation. A commitment to customer service, strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and dedication to clients are all musts for a good realtor. She believes in building relationships and having lifelong clients. She will do everything in her power to make sure that each client is a client forever. She’s an honest communicator who shares true market conditions and will advise clients if now is not the best time to buy or sell.

Michelle graduated from NCSU with a Business and Economics major. She’s a certified Strategic Pricing Specialist and has won the 5 Star Professional Award for 5 years in a row. She’s proud of the 5 Star Professional Designation because it's based on satisfaction of past clients.

She and her husband, Jim, have 5 adult children with the youngest in college. She enjoys the beach, great restaurants and good books!
