As a professional Realtor with 20 years in the business, I have a lot of experience and skills to offer you as buyer, investor or seller. I'm also a Permitted Property Manager and Investor, and love to help my clients grow their real estate portfolios as painlessly as possible. Property ownership has changed my life and I want to help my people, my clients experience the delight of becoming a home owner and stabilizing their housing while building a nest egg. I love helping investors create wealth. I can unpack the mysteries of short sales, bank owned properties, REO's and foreclosures. New builds are a significant sector of my business too, and i'm very familiar the build processes and relative advantages of going with a new build. Second home buyers, luxury real estate and move up buyers are all in my wheelhouse. I'm also a really good listing agent and am equipped to recognize and make suggestions to the Seller on things that could be done to make the home present at its most appealing; that might be a repair, or cleaning, or reducing or adding decor and more... I roll up my sleeves and help with the work. I even do some staging on empty homes. Professional photos are a must, as is marketing the value and features of that area, not just the features of the home. I always adhere to Fair Housing in advertising. You will find me to be a good listener, I'm pleasant in personality, I'm detail oriented, and I have acquired a vast amount of knowledge that will be applied to your experience with me, and if I don't know it I will find out. My job in some ways is a problem solver, I also look for potential and think outside of the box.
