Michelle Harris

Michelle moved to Shingle Springs in 2012 with her husband Derik to raise their two daughters and enjoy the fresh air and friendly pace of the foothills. On the weekends, Michelle can be found riding ATV's, UTV's or off-roading in her Jeep. Being quite the homesteader, she helps to raise beef cattle and chickens, tends to an extensive vegetable garden, and preserves the vegetable harvest by canning. Michelle is also a self-taught sewer. She can whip up anything from canvas duffle bags to princess dresses for her daughters! After earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Business-Insurance/Risk Management and Finance from CSU, Sacramento, Michelle became an insurance professional and worked in several different capacities in that industry. Michelle and her husband began investing in real estate in 2008 with an interest in rehabilitating distressed properties. This sparked her passion for the real estate industry.
