I can’t say enough good things about the amazing job Michele Jezycki did selling our Tahoe home. From the pricing strategy to the marketing, communication, negotiation, dealing with loose ends… everything was handled with professionalism and care.
And the result speaks for itself: our house sold in just one day and closed in 12.
Selling a home can be stressful, especially one that means as much to us as our Tahoe house did, but Michelle made the entire process feel smooth and well-managed from start to finish. We are incredibly grateful and highly recommend her to anyone thinking about buying or selling in the Tahoe area.

Michelle was such a pleasure to work with. She was diligent, fair, professional and incredibly organized. My favorite part of working with Michelle was how proactive she was. Many agents wait for something to go sideways and react to it after it happens. Michelle was out in front of the real estate transaction and made sure it went smoothly. Michelle has absolutely been the best realtor we've ever worked with. She helped us identify exactly what we were looking for and stayed in close communication with us. We were looking to do a 1031 exchange for the first time and were really nervous about making sure we did everything correctly. Michelle was very well versed in 1031s, and it really made us feel comfortable with what we were doing. As we were coming from three hours away to look for investment property with the thought of later living in it, we were a bit picky about finding something that would not only rent well but would also be something we would be comfortable in later. Michelle's advice was invaluable as the first property we found fell through due to changes with the HOA and fees. She immediately found another that we are very happy with. Michelle stayed on top of the purchase process to ensure everything went smoothly. We never had to worry about anything. She even helped us find a great tenant within a couple of days of advertising. I really can't say enough about how fantastic Michelle was. She constantly considered our needs and desires, never pushed just to make a sale, and made sure all of the paperwork was done correctly, especially when the other realtor made mistakes. You just won't find a better realtor. We'll definitely use her again.

Dream Come True! Michelle made this happen for us so effortlessly and professionally , even during her running for the IVGID (Which She Won!!) communication and all paperwork was correct this first time and made this one of the easiest transactions I have ever had. She knew exactly what we were looking for and nailed it within 3 viewings! Thank you for returning my family to my birthplace we greatly appreciate this little slice of Tahoe heaven we can grow with!

I would like to give Michelle more than 5 stars but there is no options!
When I found out the property across the street from my home in Incline Village was up for sale I had 6 hours to find an agent a get an offer written up as they had to be in by 5:00 PM.

I asked the listing agent for a recommendation and she gave me Michelle’s name and asked her to call me. I received a call shortly after from Michelle, I told her I would like to put in an offer and explained my terms and after she clarified them she got the offer written up and to me to review in a timely manner.

When the offers were in and being evaluated I received a call from Michelle, she told me that it looked like my offer would be excepted and it was well with in my maximum price. So a little before the 5:00 PM deadline another offer came in and it did match my maximum and the seller had a counter offer. I had asked for a very short close of escrow and the seller needed more time to remove personal property and asked for a longer time to close escrow, this was ok with me and my offer was accepted.

There needed to be a fireplace inspection to meet a county requirement before escrow could close which Michelle took care of. Unfortunately the free standing fire place had to come out since it was about 30 years old and didn’t meet EPA standards so she got that done and recommended a company for a replacement.

I had also asked for a roof inspection and she handled that for me which turned out to be difficult to get someone out do the fact roofing companies were over whelmed with work but she did manage to get a reputable local company out for me.

She has handled having some furnishings which I didn’t want removed also.

I have dealt with several other real-estate agents in the last 45 years but none have compared to Michelle’s customer service, she was excellent at communicating and kept me informed as things progressed, always returning calls in reasonable time.

I would highly recommend her and if needed she will be my choice in the future.

Exquisite Professionalism with Extensive Industry Knowledge
Michelle is always at least three steps ahead and professionally prepared well ahead of any situation. She is level-headed and indispensable when it comes to making critical decisions. She handles communications respectfully and with precision, both to the client and the other party. Michelle is well-researched on her region as well as the individual property and knows her Real Estate laws and standards. She is well-connected and respected by her peers. Michelle made what we thought was impossible, possible. We are proud owners of a home! She goes above and beyond. She was always fast to respond to texts or emails. I think she works day and night. She was always available with a huge smile on her face. You could even hear her smiling on the phone. It was awesome being around her happy and positive spirit. Using her knowledge and connections she matched us with the perfect lender. She sure knows how to write and offer and do it at the last minute! She had an hour to get the offer wrote up, signed and sent in and did with a few seconds to spare, and we got the condo! We felt so blessed to have her with us during the whole process.

We’ve done 3 transactions with Michelle now and if we could give her 10 stars we would! Michelle was very patient with us while looking for our new home even when what we said we wanted was not what we were asking to see. She was very patient while showing us 30+ homes. She asked the right questions and got us to really think about our goals. In the end Michelle got us into our dream home in a location we never dreamed of. She also helped us sell a condo & got us the best possible price in this quickly shifting market. We then did another transaction with her that couldn’t have gone any smoother & our offer was literally spot on with the market.

Transactions aside, whenever we had questions, she was always available…I think she works 24/7. She always had a smile on her face no matter the time of day or night we talked. We knew she had our back & really took our goals personally. We felt safe & confident in her hands & knew her advice was solid. I this wasn’t enough, she has also helped us get closer to our financial goals!

Having done several deals with Michelle, it is clear that she does her homework, really knows the market & knows how to write an offer that makes if really difficult for buyers/sellers to refuse. We will definitely be calling Michelle for any future transactions we have.
