If I could give 10 stars, I would! Michelle was such a wonderful partner for me and my family when searching for our new home in the Bay area. Michelle consistently went above and beyond the call of duty - she arranged several detailed house tours in multiple different area and was always very responsive. What I appreciate most about Michelle is her ability to make every interaction enjoyable -- even during the challenging moments when it's easy to feel like you'll never find the right house. We were not the easiest clients -- we had a wide range of 'requirements' that sometimes even contradicted each other -- but she really helped us refine our search and focus on what mattered most. But despite that focus, we never once felt pressured or that we had to compromise the happiness of our family, she simply asked the right questions that led us to the right answers. She helped us find the right house, encouraged us when we were ready to give up, and when we did find the right house, gently guided us through the entire closing experience. If you're looking for a realtor that has your best interests at heart, Michelle is it!

Michelle is absolutely amazing! I cannot say enough great things about her. Not only is she super personable and friendly, but she is a fantastic realtor, too! She helped us sell our CA home, partially while we were in Virginia. From minor repairs/cosmetic touch-ups, painting and staging estimates, open houses, and quickly SOLD for top dollar! Throughout the whole process she kept us informed of every step, next steps, and even provided emotional support along the way. She addressed every concern we had and even helped make sure we were on track with everything we needed to get done on our end. It just felt like Michelle was there with us every step of the way. 5 STARS, Highly recommend!!

Michelle brings a rare combination of intelligence, empathy, knowledge, and understanding, to her efforts when helping potential sellers or buyers of homes. My efforts to understand the entire house selling process would have been insurmountable without her help and guidance. Many if not most real estate agents judge their efforts by sales - Numbers. Michelle clearly works to benefit her clients, not her sales successes. I will be forever indebted to her for her efforts on my behalf in the sale of a home I built 35 years ago. The integrity that she displays with her work ethic is priceless.

My partner and I purchased our first home with Michelle Kennedy in September 2020. We met Michelle via a friend referral in 2019. We reconnected to kick off our 2020 house hunt. Michelle has a lot of good energy. She really listened to feedback and didn't flood us with irrelevant listings like other agents had. She was always on top of the 50 things simultaneously going on for the deal. She was never late and very accommodating to our strict housing requirements during the hunt itself. Michelle fought tooth and nail to get us a home for under ask - $100k under the final list price. Her diligence and personable communication really helped to convince the sellers to come down in price. She also didn't balk as we continued to bid on this house over the course of two months. The first night we spent in our new home, one of our cats tragically had a stroke and passed. I had informed Michelle of this news, and the next day they had sent us a very sweet condolence gift of daisy flowers to honor our cat Daisy. That personal touch really meant a lot to us during this already difficult transition from a 1 bed apartment to a lonely 4 bed house. With our experience using Michelle Kennedy group for the buyers side representation, I would highly recommend!”
