About Michelle

Some people find their passion at a very young age. My love affair with real estate began by collecting the Homes & Land magazine at the grocery store on shopping trips with my mom. I would peruse those magazines for hours, clipping out 'dream homes' and pinning them to my bulletin board, but becoming a Realtor never really crossed my mind. Goes to show what’s meant to be will find a way.

I began my career in Construction Project Management at the City of Placentia’s Public Works Department while I was still in college. It was there I discovered I thoroughly enjoyed the intricacies of the construction industry, so instead of attending law school (like I’d planned) I on to earn an MPA from Cal State Long Beach, with an emphasis in Public Works Management. However, after finishing grad school, the Great Recession was still in full swing, rendering both construction industry jobs and government positions essentially non-existent. I was a bartender with a Master's Degree, so it seemed like the perfect opportunity to pursue something else I was passionate about; And just like that, in 2011, I decided to pivot with the economy and begin my career in real estate.

Over the past 12 years, I’ve had the privilege of managing some of the most successful teams in the business; Most recently partnering with HGTV star Jessie Rodriguez and his investment company, Vintage Flip. Having served as an acquisitions manager for several large investment firms in Orange County, I’m particularly adept at pricing and evaluating investment properties for my investor clients. I’ve been endorsed by the National Association of Realtors for my Commitment to Excellence since 2019, and is a Designated Re-Marketing Specialist.

I feel I bring a refreshingly straightforward and analytical approach to buying, selling, and investing in real estate, which is not surprising considering my expertise extends well beyond sales experience. I’m the perfect fit if you prefer a more measured, and less "salesy" approach to doing business. Ensuring you achieve your real estate goals is the most rewarding part of my career.
