Michelle Nipper

Michelle Nipper is a mother of 3, a scientist by trade and a real estate agent fueled by passion. Michelle grew up in the beautiful town of Prescott, Arizona. She attended Seattle University for the first 2 years of college and finished up with a degree in the biological sciences from California State, Long Beach. After finishing up college Michelle moved to Vancouver, Washington and started a career at Oregon Health and Sciences University (OHSU) conducting scientific research and helping run a laboratory.

Michelle has always had a passion for real estate and is happy to be in the beautiful state of Washington helping others find their perfect primary home, vacation home, business location or land that fits each individual. Michelle is an active outdoorsman and loves skiing, hiking, mountaineering, rock climbing, fishing and camping. She is also very active in soccer, both for herself and her children. Washington has so much to offer and Michelle and her family try to get in as much as they possibly can.

Michelle makes it a priority to continually look at houses and to see all of the positives of each house regardless of its initial appearance. She enjoys finding houses that fit each and every person’s individual likes, wants and needs.
