Michelle Oates

Michelle’s passion for collaboration, analysis and continuous learning have led her to successfully navigate and oversee more than 6,000 real estate transactions in Massachusetts and New Hampshire in her roles as a Sales Agent and Branch Manager. Michelle’s sales and management expertise expands into the areas of existing home sales, new construction, relocation, land, and investment property. She has played an instrumental role in launching the careers of many residential agents and works tirelessly to support each and every agent, enabling them to achieve their goals and grow successful sales careers. Michelle has a BA in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire and an MBA from Babson College. She is a former Director and current Grievance Committee member at the Northeast Association of Realtors and an active volunteer with the Trauma Intervention Program (TIP) of the Merrimack Valley.
