Real estate is part of Michelle Oliver’s DNA. Her grandfather Sylvan Shulman was one of the first shopping center developers in Southern California and her great-uncle Julius Shulman was a preeminent architectural photographer of greater Los Angeles for close to 70 years. 

As a Pacific Palisades native and graduate of Malibu’s Pepperdine University, Michelle had a privileged front row seat to the inner workings of the coveted Westside market and eventually managed numerous family-owned commercial properties as well as Beverly Hills' exclusive North Beverly Park enclave.
