Michelle is awesome! She understood our needs and showed us a nice range of houses, finding us our perfect home, on a perfect lot with a spectacular view, all at a reasonable price. She offers good solid advice when needed or asked and is really on top of the chaotic housing market. Michelle is authentic and down-to-earth, with a great sense of humor - not pushy at all - you feel like equal partners on a home-buying team. She makes the complicated home buying process as easy as possible. All the paperwork was handled seamlessly, which was much appreciated since I was purchasing from out-of-state. The experience Michelle brought to the selling our family home as our real estate agent went amazingly simple. It felt like the approaching sale was communicated with the sort of ease a friend or neighbor would have giving us advice; backed with experience and heart, Michelle not only got the work done efficiently and professionally, she supported my sister and I making a tough time of transition follow through without worry. Michelle was just awesome from the day we decided to sell to well after the closing date for the new owners. Every detail from the inside to the outside making the place a showpiece for potential buyers. She hired contractors to trim trees, replace sprinklers, inside painting and carpet cleaning. Staging the place with their furniture and accoutrements. Even on days where I was not able to be present to handle a detail, Michelle brought things to my house so I could sign paperwork. A true one-stop professional! Hiring Michelle to handle your next real estate transaction is the only thing you need to do. Consider everything handled after that!
