Michelle Perry

He has been instrumental in all aspects of Real Estate for the last 25 years. He started with First American Title Company in many capacities, from Escrow to the Title plant. He learned so much from being a Top Loan Officer with Countrywide Home Loans working in San Jose and the surrounding Bay Area.

In April 2000 he obtained his Real Estate License and discovered his passion of knowledge and giving. He is recognized as one of the Top 20% agents and received past awards for my production, leadership, and GCI. He is an agent that gives and does all things with the best results possible for his client. He has been involved and recognized as a Community Partner in San Jose/Gilroy for many non-profits such as: PIC, GENA, viz de la Genet, and several others. He served as board member and President for NAHREP, National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, Board Member as a Director and on the Executive Committee for Santa Clara County Association of Realtors.
