Even though the market in Reno is nuts right now, I was still nervous about going through the process. Michelle walked me through each step and was on top of any questions or concerns I had. She constantly communicated every step of the journey. She is very professional and organized which in my book made what could have been a very stressful process so easy that I did not worry about a thing. With many choices for real estate agents, I am 100% happy with my choice to use Michelle!

Michelle Plevel is like a knight in shining armor. She has come to our rescue on three different occasions in the last 9 years. When a person or couple is lucky enough to have Michelle as your agent, you can rest assure that each and every detail will be acted upon. In the last 12 months Michelle has led myself, my husband, and my mother- in-law through a very difficult maze of unbelievably rising home costs and increasingly less inventory to select from. But from the very beginning, as in a fairytale, Michelle promised that our real estate story would end in a happily ever after! There have been times when I started to lose my will to keep looking for the dream house, but Michelle beckoned us on, like a gifted wizard. When the time came to make difficult decisions, Michelle stood upright and made a point of giving myself and my husband time to think through our next steps. When the final battle for the house we are now under contract, and going to close, Michelle strapped on her armor and pulled out her sword to do her very best negotiation for our sake. Being new to Reno we met with more than 35 agents to help our search. But when we found the 100-year-old duplex we wanted, only Michelle was equipped to guide us through the process. Michelle connected us to surveyors and home, sewer, and inspectors who were all available within days, allowing us to meet the 30-day escrow required by the seller. She stayed on top of every issue those inspections uncovered, often checking in with us daily, and leveraged that knowledge to negotiate an fair price reduction. Greatest realtor I've come across. It is important to choose a realtor who cares and is passionate about their work and she's got it. Working with Michelle Plevel was fantastic. We first started scoping out homes last summer, we moved in November and gave ourselves 6 months to find a home while we rented. We met a few other realtors who emailed us homes to look at that were available in the area. Michelle was showing a home when we first met. It was a beautiful home, she gave us information and we got to talking. She's professional, knowledgable, honest and really smart. We found a home we were excited about and we contacted her right away, we made a great offer and the rest is history. Well, in between, she provided guidance, recommendations, and was a great communicator as far as fielding questions we had, making sure we stayed on our timeline to secure our house. We trusted her with our process, that is a key with this big transaction. It helped that we had our ducks in a row, if you don't she'll let you know what you need in order to have a successful real estate transaction[s]. Buying or selling a home is a big deal, it can come with financial gains, stress, peace of mind and satisfaction, all of which we had working with Michelle. We highly recommend her to any of our family, friends and strangers who are in Reno and would like to work with a top notch professional and wonderful person.
