Michelle was great to work with through the process of searching and buying a home. We were very transparent that we weren’t in a rush to buy a house and realistically had 2-3 years before we needed to move. I think this would easily scare off most realtors but she understood the situation and let us know she never wanted us to feel pressured and she was always on our side. She sent lists of houses for us to view and with the ones we were interested in we were able to see same day or whatever worked for our schedule. Our dream house ended up coming on the market after only working with her for 2 weeks and even though she wasn’t available, she had her colleague show us the house that afternoon. We placed an offer and a few days later we were under contract. While under contract she answered any questions we had and guided us through closing. Overall, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Michelle to any of my friends or family who are looking to buy or sell. She made a daunting process feel so smooth. She’s to the point, but so kind and easy to talk to. My family feels so blessed we got matched with her after reaching out for a realtor on Zillow!

My wife and I are very fastidious and had Michelle running all over Alabama looking at many homes for us. Michelle spent hours upon hours researching and visiting homes as we live in Florida so she was our eyes and ears. She kept us away from property she deemed inappropriate and made videos of the others she thought we may like. What more can I say that we finally, after seven months, purchased a beautiful lake house sight unseen because of the trust we had in her. I and my wife Karen highly recommend Michelle!

We listed my house earlier than the goal I set. She had an open house two days after it was listed. I had four offers and it sold in 6 days. She was available and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I am a very satisfied client. I will definitely use Michelle again.
