Stress-free . Michelle Poremski helped us sell and recently buy our dream property and home with ease. Michelle was very responsive and answered every question we had about both selling and buying. She made what most consider a "stressful time", a very enjoyable memory for us. With her as our realator we had full confidence we would be able to get the home we were wanting. My family and I put full trust in her abilities to make our dreams come true. We always had positivity from her! We loved that she was super transparent and made the whole process stress free. Above & Beyond. Michelle went above and beyond when I needed to sell my dad’s house after he passed away. Michelle would respond to my texts in a timely manner, she pulled in the trash cans for me on days I could not make the drive to Buda, her husband came to pitch in and help with a sprinkler issue and she recommended great service people for me. I would definitely recommend Michelle to buy or sell a property! And did I mention she did all of that for me while she was 8 months pregnant!

Highly recommend and very on point and professional. Michelle is such an amazing and knowledgeable realtor. She is hands on knows her area very well and definitely a go getter. Even when the market wasn’t the greatest she managed to get us a great deal on the sale of our house. Michelle’s work ethic, and great communication skills made us worry free about the sale. Michelle was fabulous! I am a very particular strong stubborn person with not a lot of patience. She was professional patient helpful informative and above all- she got my house sold in this tricky changing market! We were so pleased with Michele that we used her twice.
When we moved to Kyle, we were introduced to Michelle and liked her immediately. We decided on having a new house built. She was very instrumental in helping through each stage of building the house. The house turned out as we had hoped, and she helped us work with the builder when needed.
When it came time to sell it, we called her back since she already knew so much about the house, and she had done so well for us in the purchase of the home.
We had multiple offers after listing it, and she guided us in making our decision. The sale went as smoothly as the purchase had.

The Best Realtor
When we were looking for a realtor it seemed like there were so many out there, but none were listening to our wants and needs. Then I found Michelle, she met with us, listened to us and really got a feel for what we wanted. She calmed my nerves, through the process was available for talks when I thought things were getting crazy . She was available to us even late nights. She is absolutely the best! Even in this insane seller's market, Michelle guided me through the chaos and I ended up with the perfect home.

Michelle knew the market trends, price points, the neighborhoods and what would be the best fit for me. She was quick to respond and cared deeply about my wants and needs.

I asked a lot questions and she answered every one. Not only did she know the answers, but she patiently explained everything in a way that was easy to understand.

We switched to Michelle and our house went on the market on a Thursday evening and we received multiple offers and accepted a cash offer for well over asking on Monday.
