Michelle Risser is a licensed Realtor with 18 years of real estate sales experience, initially as a salesperson and obtained her Broker's license in 2007. In addition to her strong background in real estate sales, marketing, and negotiation, she also has experience in mortgage, appraisal, and title. This well-rounded background provides her clients with additional expertise in mortgage loans, property valuation, and lien/title/property tax-related issues and how they all interrelate to the closing of your home. A few of her specialties include relocation, first time buyers, and downsizing and 55+ communities.

She loves all things involved in real estate - meeting new people and helping them achieve their dream of homeownership and succeed in their real estate investments. She's extremely detail oriented, and takes great pride in providing accurate valuation, strategic marketing plans and implementation, and ultimately assisting her clients realize top dollar on the sale of their home, and achieving their real estate dreams.
