Michelle is the absolute best! She is caring, detail oriented, and professional. Michelle is also personable and efficient. She literally always responds to you... no matter the time! She is so on top of things... I did not have a single mishap in my buying experience, in large part thanks to Michelle. She is so knowledgeable in her field and her experience is obvious in the way she handles every situation. Michelle will calm you every time you panic! You cannot find better!

Michelle sold my co-op in May. She was so thorough and detailed, beginning with her presentation. From meeting with me, to listening, to being on a team, to negotiating the absolute best deal that she could get me, to keeping me in the loop and supporting me all the way through my close and afterward. It was clear that Michelle was our realtor when we were ready to purchase our home. Just like the sale of my apartment, she went about our purchase in a methodical manner, listening to everything we said and prepping us to begin our search.
Michelle has superb attention to detail. She really listens and is patient. When we needed to deliver our deposit, the lawyer offered to mail it. Without a blink, Michelle volunteered to hand deliver the check herself ensuring that it got there safely. She went above and beyond by going to town hall to pull records and scour any information she could in regards to our property. She talked out our price and terms of contract, always listening, always letting us work it out, and inserting her opinion when asked. She delivered our offers professionally and prepared us for all forks in the road. She was with us at every important step along the way from the inspection to the closing of our home. Her communication is superb and really helped along the way with everyone involved.
Michelle is such a hard worker. There is nothing that she doesn't put 150% into. I felt confident about Michelle's expertise the whole way through. And even when things got a little intense or concerning, she was right there to clarify, communicate with the parties involved and expedite the process. She is a wonderful realtor.

If you are looking for someone that has a broad knowledge of the area, that checks all of the boxes thoroughly, and is there to guide you without being pushy, than you probably have just found your realtor. Michelle was beyond what we could have imagined in a realtor. We were relocating from out of state and needed a realtor quickly due a job promotion. We were provided access to a database of available places that had been set with our specific criteria (x distance to the train, x number of bedrooms, price, etc.). We then sorted out the list into three categories and Michelle created a viewing schedule from there, based on our most preferred options. Due to our limited availability, Michelle was able to work with us and got us to see as many places as possible, taking us on what I would refer to as a marathon of houses exactly meeting our requests. She was able to schedule us approximately 10 showings within the span of three days. She was a trooper. Oh yeah and since we had a limited timeline, she did this for us on a holiday weekend. Looking back, I am pretty sure Michelle had figured out the things that were most important to us, as a pair and individually, even before we had done so, as she saved the best for last. Throughout the entire process she was there at all hours to answer our many questions. She kept us up to date on every detail as we wanted to be very hands on. Michelle is a wonderful agent and surpassed all expectations.
