About Michelle
I Love Where I Live
When my husband Marty and I were looking for a new place to live during a life transition…we searched many areas of the country. I couldn't put into words what we were looking for but knew we found it in Port Townsend.
I now know what we were searching for; we had set out to find the best place to raise our newborn son. A small, rural community with deep roots in the land, surrounded by saltwater with a vibrant community and a dynamic downtown. We needed it to be diverse and welcoming, with many places to gather for eating, drinking and good conversation. We wanted a first-rate movie theatre and a place with an appreciation for arts and culture. Sound familiar? How absolutely fortunate we were to stumble upon Port Townsend!
Entrepreneur
Originally from Southern California, I owned two successful restaurants and a catering company, starting my first at age 24. When I moved to Port Townsend, I began my real estate career with Windermere Port Townsend in 1993 and bought the brokerage in 2005.
My work ethic developed early in life, working with my parents in our family grocery store.
I love my job and my clients. There is nothing better when clients are happy with the results of my efforts. I have consistently been one of the top 3 agents in our county for almost 30 years.
I have helped my clients with everything from undeveloped land to commercial property. Living in this small community that is quirky, my years of experience allows me to service my clients well.
I enjoy finding just the right place for my buyers or helping my sellers go through their own life transition, to help them sell one of their most valuable assets.
I communicate well with my clients keeping them aware of the buying or selling process. I excel in finding solutions to any issue that may arise.
Committed to Port Townsend and Jefferson County
I believe in giving back to my community!
I have been involved in both Jefferson County and Port Townsend local government and have served and continue to serve on the board of many non-profits.
