She chose never to leave, except for her time at the University of California Los Angeles, where she got a BA in sociology. Michelle’s parents were real estate brokers who owned their own company in San Diego. Michelle has been a second-generation realtor for over two decades. You can say that San Diego real estate runs through her blood! Growing up in San Diego means that Michelle knows details and aspects about local neighborhoods that only a true native knows, information she can pass on to her clients.
Michelle has lived in the beautiful community of La Jolla for over 30 years with her husband, Scott (who also happens to be a San Diego native). Together they have raised two amazing daughters. When Michelle is not showing homes in either La Jolla or San Diego, you can find her every Sunday morning at La Jolla’s Open Aire Farmers Market, buying vegetables and flowers for the week. Her passion for gardening and flowers is evident in her hobbies of making succulent flower planters, flower arrangements, and planting vegetables in her garden. Michelle is also famous for her excellent guacamole dip. The recipe, a family secret, is under lock and key. Her other passion is giving to charities that help orphan baby elephants or any endangered wildlife species.
She works with a personal marketing & social media coordinator, transaction coordinator, title officers, inspectors, stagers, painters, contractors, and more – to help guide her clients through every step of the home buying or selling process. Whatever the current market conditions, Michelle’s professionalism, coupled with market knowledge, negotiation skills, and willingness to go beyond the call of duty by collaborating with fellow Realtors, has allowed her to be ranked consistently in the top 1-2% of sales professionals nationwide.
