As a Cleveland Area Real Estate Agent, I try to help others benefit from my experiences through making the right updates to a home to maximize resale value, to selecting a home that represents a good investment of my clients' time and money and meets whatever objectives and goals the client has in mind.
For me as a REALTOR, it is immensely satisfying to help a home seller receive the highest price possible when selling their home and to have the transaction close smoothly, with all the little intricacies that can cause stress handled quietly in the background to the best of my ability. It is rewarding to hand keys to a first time home buyer to unlock the door to their new home for the first time. It is gratifying to see a client to whom I have sold their home realize a good profit when they sell it because we negotiated a good price and bought well from the beginning.
