Michelle Trementozzi has always been very passionate and intrigued about real estate. She has been involved in owning, renovating, and selling her own investment properties for last 15 years and now has chosen to help others succeed in doing the same. Being on both sides of real estate transactions, Michelle has a well-rounded knowledge and expertise on all aspects involved with selling, buying, and renting real estate. Michelle is dedicated, honest and works hard for all of her clients to see they get the best service possible.

Originally from RI, Michelle and her husband James moved to beautiful Charleston in 2007. Her husband, James, who is a local contractor, has a vast knowledge about homes due to his experience with rehabbing and remodeling his own real estate for 20+ years and now for the past 8 years, he is helping others all across the Low country. They both support each other with their daily real estate encounters which enables them to give their clients and customers trustworthy and transparent advice and assistance on all aspects of real estate.

When Michelle takes time away from real estate, she loves spending time with her family at the beach or in the mountains. She loves to exercise, teach yoga, and help everyone empower themselves to be the best they can be. Michelle has made Charleston home for herself and her family.
