Michelle has been assisting buyers and sellers in Colorado since 2004 and has been working and living in this community for over 30 years.
Michelle earned her Accredited Buyer’s Representative Designation in 2005 to become additionally versed in the top practices as a buyer’s agent. She feels it is important to educate buyers and sellers about the dynamic and complex process of buying or selling a home. It is her job to guide clients in a partnership towards a successful closing.
In 2017 Michelle earned her Senior Real Estate Specialist Designation, which includes extensive training in helping 50+ home buyers and sellers. She understands the decision to move can be difficult and can help you navigate your choices. She is here to serve as a resource and guide.
When listing homes for sale, Michelle implements an extensive marketing program. She uses her effective pricing strategy, expert negotiating skills and market knowledge to her clients’ advantage.
When Michelle isn’t assisting clients, you will find her spending time with her family. She has children in the Boulder Valley and St. Vrain Valley school districts and enjoys volunteering in the schools. She also loves to support her children in all their endeavors. You will find her out running on a trail, gardening, baking, or hiking in the beautiful Rocky Mountains. She has always believed that the key to life is to work hard and play hard. The Front Range is a wonderful place to do just that.
Michelle is committed to the environment. She obtained her EcoBroker designation and plants 25 trees through the Arbor Day Foundation for every closing. She uses CTM Contracts (e-signatures) for all her clients. This saves her clients time and saves tons of wasted paper every year.
