This was our first time buying a home and I'm so thankful that we had Michelle in our corner. We felt very protected and safe as she guided us through the home buying process. Michelle was transparent and honest and we trusted immediately that she truly had our best interest in mind. She was hyper-focused on the details and took time to answer all of our questions, responding quickly to our many phone calls and text messages. She made the home buying journey incredibly easy for us, so we didn't know until the end that she had been fighting tooth and nail for us in various negotiations behind the scenes. She was our champion, the real MVP, and I'm so thankful that we got to work with her. My wife and I loved her and loved working with her.

This was the first time that we had seriously started looking into home buying. We heard about Michelle through referrals who had a great experience with her. My husband immediately got her contact information and reached out to her regarding a home that we were considering. She was very attentive and warm as we explained to her that we had no idea what went into home buying. They made plans to look at the home the following day. I knew that she had our best interests when she explained to my husband that although he thought the home fit our criteria, it was not going to be a good home to raise our son and future children. This sentiment followed us throughout the process. She was so easy to work with and very gracious in teaching us what to look for when considering our home. She opened our eyes to see how location was a huge aspect to buying, whether it was the neighborhood, the prices of the other home, schools that were nearby, HOA, and so much more. She really went above and beyond for us, advocating for us to get the best deal with our seller. We never felt like we were pressured into anything and she respected our decisions. We urge that you take heed of her advice or recommendations. Although escrow fell through due to our own personal circumstances, we would definitely look to Michelle for home buying again. She is an excellent real estate agent to work with. She is professional, hard working, persistent, patient, understanding, and informative. She will be a shining asset to your home buying/selling process. She’s like the aunt/relative that you never thought you had but are excited to see again for the holidays and parties. We love her and even our 14 month son loves her. On behalf of my husband and I, we are excited for you to have Michelle as your agent.

Michelle was the best realtor we met during our three year hunt for our perfect home. She was honest when a home seemed over priced and she literally was there when ever we had a question or just needed to talk. Buying a home is frustrating but Michelle took a lot of issues upon her self so we wouldn’t loose our mind. She also was there helping to get our previous home to rent. I don’t know any realtor or person who would help as much as she did. I don’t think of her as our realtor but more as a new great friend. I am so happy we met her. Oh my GOD. Michelle is unlike any realtor I’ve ever met. She truly cares about her clients and treats them with kindness while finding them the best house that fits their needs. She ALWAYS responds to messages and calls and whenever I had a question, I never hesitated to ask her. Usually, realtors just want to close a deal as fast as possible, but Michelle actually listens to your concerns and helps you negotiate for the best deal possible. My partner and I could not be any happier with Michelle's service! As millennials, we didn't know if we were ever going to get out of renting and start owning. Michelle helped debunk that. She helped find a great starter home, in a great area, for a great price. She's an amazing realtor that fights for you and is there for you, every step of the way. Of course since this was our first time going through this journey, she helped explain everything to us and was on it with having us sign whatever docs needed. She is great at follow-ups and was always available for our quick questions. Very communicative and responsive.

It took me quite some time to write this review, because I really wanted it to be perfect and I tried to put as much heart and effort into it as Michelle did to find the perfect place for my in-laws.
Michelle is a highly knowledgeable and professional realtor, incredibly hard working and very organized. But what sets her apart is that she makes your quest her own quest, caring for your family as if it were her own. She did not just do her job, but made it her mission to find the perfect home in order to be able to see the smile on my in-laws’ faces. For a while it seemed like a sheer impossible task, but Michelle helped us to persevere with her patience, compassion and even prayers. I’m fully convinced that without her, it would have been impossible to find that perfect place at the perfect time. She worked tirelessly, even dragging her own family out to view properties when I was not available for a viewing. When we finally decided on a property, she did not stop looking at comparables, just to make sure we would be getting the best property available. We knew we could fully trust her, knowing that she only had our best in mind.
I don’t know how she did it, but she was able to get us the perfect place during a highly competitive market, multiple offer scenario at below asking price!! Michelle has been the best realtor we could have ever imagined, but we also feel that we gained a wonderful friend throughout this process. We highly recommend her and wish her great success. Thanks to her and her team, touch ups to our property, staging, photography, marketing, etc. were done at lightning-speed.
