MICHELLE YOUNG

Michelle Young is a residential Real Estate Broker licensed in Colorado. Michelle works in real estate at Grand Junction and serves all of Mesa County, which includes the greater Grand Junction area, Palisade, Fruita, Redlands, Orchard Mesa, Clifton, Collbran, and the town of Mesa. Michelle is a certified Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and specializes in first time homebuyers and Relocation Services. Michelle was born in Oklahoma and moved to Grand Junction with her family at age 10. Michelle attended Colorado State University on a Golf scholarship and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in 2000.

Michelle helps buyers and sellers in all aspects of real estate and guides them through the intricate process of buying and selling homes. She takes her years of real estate experience and tailers it to fit each client individually, as what may be good for one client may not be good for another. The buying and selling process requires a dedicated team of professionals, and she has the best in the business! Michelle and her team make it as easy and fun for the clients to achieve their real estate goals!

Michelle started in the real estate industry in 1998 as a Title Assistant at North American Title in Ft. Collins, CO. Within a couple years, she became a real estate Closer/Escrow Officer for Lennar, one of the largest homebuilders in the country. She managed the Northern Colorado account for several years before moving back to Grand Junction, CO in 2004. She started with Bray and Company in 2008 as the Closing Manager and Relocation Director. Over the years, she realized she wanted to help others buy and sell real estate and obtained her real estate license.

Michelle’s love of real estate started early, as her grandfather was a homebuilder and her parents fixed and flipped houses across the Grand Valley. She started her real estate journey at the age of 22 when she purchased her first home. Together with her husband who is a building contractor, they have built or flipped 12 homes over the last 18 years. Real estate is her passion and although she will always be a Sooner fan, Colorado and Grand Junction is her home!
