My family and I were so happy to find Michelle when it came time to sell my father’s home after his death. My brother and sisters are scattered around the country and we needed someone who was intimately familiar with the nuances of the local market, was organized, responsive and highly experienced. Michelle was that perfect person! She gave great advice on setting the listing price, preparing the home for sale and tailoring the advertising. The listing was beautiful. Michelle was in constant contact with me as the offers began streaming in, helping us to weigh the pros and cons and make the best possible decision for our family. We recently sold our condo in the Retreat in Airmont, NY. We have worked with several real estate agents in the past, but Michelle Zweig was the best. She helped us stage the condo and had a professional photographer take pictures of the unit and surrounding area, which were posted in Multiple Listing.

Within 2 hours after the listing went online, we had an offer for the full asking price. She was present at the inspection and helped resolve a few problems. Michelle was responsive to all our calls and offered excellent advice during the whole sales process. She also recommended a lawyer who was also very helpful.

Michelle is a knowledgeable and dedicated professional. If you are looking for a real estate agent, she is the one. .

Really helpful for us as first time home owners. Helped us through the entire process in an unprecedented market. We ended up getting our second offer accepted on a house we love, and it was in big part thanks to Michelle.

She also put together some great comps that helped the appraisal match our contract offer. I'm not sure we could have gotten a house as nice and as quickly as we did without her. She always made us feel like we were the most important clients to her.

Michelle is the best. I tried to work with another 2 agents from different companies before Michelle but I wasn’t comfortable with them. Then, I started working with Michelle. Michelle is very thorough and she cares a lot as if she is buying the house for herself. She was always available to answer my questions. It took us more than 3 months to find my house. Michelle contacted me after we were unhappy with two prior realtors. We didn't sign with her but asked her to keep in touch. She called us several times and I thought that was a good omen that she was responsive and determined. We were never let down.

Michelle kept in personal touch through the whole process even when the market was quiet. She would constantly come up with ideas to get people looking at our home. Not only what we could do but what she could do to help us. We sold our house and bought another during the pandemic with her guidance along the way. She's a great realtor.
