I am a fellow REALTOR® located in San Diego, California. Mick and I met through his loan officer sister, Chelsi Cash. I was honored when Mick chose and introduce me to assist his clients that had moved to San Diego.

When speaking to Mick, you cannot help but feel that you are dealing with a true professional. He was able to hand off these clients to me with the greatest of care. Mick was always available on the phone or via email and while I kept him in the loop, he did not hover over my process.

100/10. Mick made buying home from across the world feel like a walk in the park.

From start to finish Mick was quite literally a text/call away, didn’t matter what time it was. He was able to work with me when our time zones were 12 hours apart!

Him and his sister Chelsi are the dynamic duo and will leave you with zero questions, while finding you the best home with best interest rate.

6 months later I refer everyone I can to them, and still seek guidance on all my properties.

I moved to Norfolk from out of state and wasn't sure what to expect when looking for realtors in this area. I met Mick at an open house, and he was consistently responsive, promptly addressing my questions and scheduling showings even before I officially became his client. Taking a chance on him turned out to be a fantastic decision.

What I appreciate most about Mick is his patience during my house-hunting process. He carefully listened to my specific checklist and never made me feel rushed, always prioritizing my needs and benefits. Mick and his team impressed me with their handling of paperwork; he has a solid network in town. As a first-time home buyer, handling everything alone isn't easy. During final walk through, Mick and I spotted a loose tub faucet overlooked by the home inspector. He promptly called his plumber to address it before our move-in.
What truly wow me is Mick's genuine care for his clients beyond business. He remained available even after the closing, going the extra mile by arranging a lunch delivery when I was too busy during the move.

Gahh I cannot say enough great things about Mick!! You need a Realtor like him in your life. He truly is a diamond. Coming from a military family himself, he just gets it. My husband was deployed and we needed to PCS(move duty stations) and our new home was contingent on the sale of our current home so needless to say there was a lot going on in our life. We were not able to view the homes in person, so Mick Facetimed us(different time zones) at every showing and even took personal videos and pictures of the home! And went back to a few homes multiple times for us. We told him our criteria and one thing I really appreciated was he was honest about the location and condition of the homes, he wouldn't just “sell” us because it fit into our basic bed/bath criteria. If there was a rotted windowsill he would show us, if there was a stain in the carpet he would show us. I would trust him with ANYTHING!!! Not to mention, he was also able to negotiate closing costs, repairs, and a home warranty-score! Side Note: this is super uncommon but the listing agent told us that she selected our offer because of “how professional and easy to get along with Mick was.” Fast forward, husband got home from deployment, home sold, home bought and we had a beautiful home ready for us. Mick, THANK YOU so much over and over again, you were a godsend to our family!!!

I can’t say enough great things about working with Mick to buy our home in Virginia Beach.

Mick was extremely thorough and informative about the buying process, we always felt like we knew what was happening through every step!
