Midge and her team are invaluable! This is the second time we’ve worked with her and this time she facilitated the sale of our old home and purchase of a new home. We even sold over asking price! They are knowledgeable about the local, current market, trustworthy and their communication is impeccable. I don’t know how people sell without a realtor and we will continue to recommend and work with Midge in the future.

Working with Midge and her team has been amazing! Buying a home has never felt easier, and I never felt like I was being pushed into seeing something that was out of budget. She took all the “must haves” I was looking for and showed me great & affordable options. All during our buying process she was there for each step to explain what was next, be an advocate, and even show me when something wasn’t matching my wish list that I missed. They truly cared about getting me into my dream home, and their service continued even after we walked into our home. I couldn’t ask for a better representative!

Midge and her team are amazing. Communication was top notch. We had an offer on our house in less than a week and everything was smooth sailing after that. As stressed as buying and selling a home can be they always seemed to help me no matter what questions I had and made me feel better no matter what time of night! If I was not moving to another state I would 💯% use her and her team again!!!
