We were moving from out of state and knew nothing of the areas. We were being pressured to view areas by co-workers but Miguel took the time to listen to what we wanted. Miguel was extremely patient and took the time to review the different areas and let us make up our own mind based on what we saw.

Miguel exceeded all of our expectations throughout the entire renting process and was incredible through every stage of finding a rental. He was our ally, friend, and advisor and helped us navigate a difficult time moving to a new state. We felt like we were constantly "ahead of the curve' in every step of the process, which was entirely due to Miguel's thoroughness and dedication. We always knew Miguel had us covered. We cannot imagine a better experience and cannot wait to refer others moving forward. We plan on purchasing in 2 years and Miguel will be our first call.

I had a veryyyy short month to relocate as my previous landlords sold the property and given me 1 month to vacate. Miguel was beyond helpful I would actually describe him as a God send. He listened and followed up with properties that met my specific needs. Whenever I expressed feeling uneasy or nervous he was very reassuring and optimistic about us finding the perfect fit. Would like to inform that I’ve been so fortunate to meet Miguel. I have Been investing in different properties throughout south Florida since moving to Miami. As our Local realtor, he helped me find an amazing investment pre construction property in the correct neighborhood and for the right price. He was very patient throughout the whole process and warned us about making unreasonable offers when we fell too quickly for overpriced homes.
